I formed the model by segmenting a figure from a video, and stacking each segmented frame on top of the other. The model was made physical using a 3D printer. I then took a CT scan of the model. The CT scan takes cross sectional slices of the model. Scanned front to back, the consecutive CT slices match closely the original source video.
